1-Year Warranty All products come with a 1-year warranty. If a product develops a fault covered by the warranty, we will provide a replacement with the same or equivalent product, subject to availability.
Returns & Refunds For eligible online purchases, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Customers should contact us to arrange a return. Genuine requests outside these rights may be considered case by case.
Faulty or Incorrect Products If your product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. We will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with UK consumer law.
