4- Refunds
Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. A reasonable deduction may be made where permitted by law if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition.

At Laptop Giant, we have been serving customers across the UK for over 20 years. All our laptops, docking stations and laptop chargers are refurbished, professionally checked and tested before dispatch.
1- Year Warranty
All products purchased from Laptop Giant come with a 1-year warranty.
If your product develops a fault covered by our warranty, we will provide a replacement with the same or equivalent product, subject to availability.
2- Faulty on Arrival – Immediate Replacement
If your product arrives faulty or not working as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the fault is confirmed, Laptop Giant is committed to providing an immediate replacement, subject to availability.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
3- 14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible online consumer purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for the return delivery cost.
