2. Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind Returns)
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and will include the original standard delivery cost (excluding premium shipping).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind.
Conditions:
- Goods must be returned in resalable condition, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free items.
- If goods are returned damaged, incomplete, or showing excessive use, we may deduct a reasonable amount to reflect loss in value.

This policy applies to all refurbished laptops sold under the Laptop Giant brand, as well as laptop accessories such as chargers, cables, docking stations, bags, mice, RAM, SSDs, and related items.
1. Your Statutory Rights
As a UK consumer, you are protected by:
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013– providing a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015 – covering your rights to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
These laws entitle you to:
- A 14-day right to cancel online orders.
- A 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.
- Up to 6 months to request repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
- Up to 6 years to pursue claims for goods faulty at the time of supply (with limitations after 6 months).
These statutory rights apply independently of any warranty provided by Laptop Giant.
