• Accessories: Please note that accessories (chargers, bags, mice, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Returns: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and the product must be in its original packaging with no physical damage.
• Shipping & Handling: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect at dispatch.
• Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 2–3 working days after order confirmation.
• Product Availability: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
